I've been building my photography buisness for some time and I had my eye on this kit for some time and finally decided to take the plunge.
Some of the pieces are better then the others the barn door semes to be a little lose but everything else is pretty decent. I've read reviews on other sites about the beauty dish creating hot spots didn't really see it but I need to play with it more. The biggest advantage to this kit is combined with a trigger for your hot shoe flash it does some really great work to play with the different configurations of light for a good price.
So far I've used the beauty dish the mini softbox with colored covers and it does some really astounding work for practical special effects. The snoot works well as well.
A gripe there are no instructions that come with it and took rooting around on the web to find how to correctly setup the mini softbox. There are holes on the side of the adapter where the rods fit in and... Read more
